This experience may not be suitable for people with allergies due to the presences of allergens during feeding and feed preparation. If you have any allergies, then you must contact the company prior to attending your experience. We will provide you with all the information to allow you to make an informed decision whether to go ahead with the experience or not.

Whilst every effort is made to accommodate everyone, due to the nature of the experience, unfortunately, at the present time the experience is not suitable for pregnant guests, visitors with physical disabilities, or those who are suffering from an immune suppressant illness. To ensure the safety of both humans and animals, participants must be able to clearly communicate with and follow instructions from the animal keeper, this does mean that this experience may not be suitable for some visitors with learning difficulties.
