  • Save 25% on a Hobbledown or Escapade Gift Voucher when purchased between Thursday 2nd January and Friday 31st January 2025 only. 
  • Offer ends at 23:50 on Friday 31st January 2025. 
  • This offer is not valid on any other voucher types sold including Animal Experience Gift Vouchers.  
  • This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other discount offer or promotion.  
  • Gift vouchers cannot be purchased using a gift voucher as a form of payment.  
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. 
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be extended beyond their expiry date. 
  • Gift vouchers are valid for use from the date of purchase against the purchase of day tickets, party bookings, animal experiences (excluding Birds of Prey Experiences at Hobbledown Epsom or Heath) and membership passes at Hobbledown Heath, Hobbledown Epsom, Gripped, Kidspace Croydon, Kidspace Romford, Watermouth Castle) (gift vouchers are not valid against Direct Debit memberships)
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be used against bookings you have already made and paid for. Outstanding party balances can be settled with a Gift Voucher. 
  • Gift Vouchers are NOT valid for use against Birds of Prey experiences or for Watermouth Accommodation Bookings. 
  • Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further Gift Vouchers.  
  • We reserve the right to withdraw the Gift Voucher without refund for misuse of the voucher or breach of terms and conditions.
