Off peak (Monday – Friday)
9:30am – 10:30am: Exclusive use of the play barn for SEND bookings.
10:30am – 11:30am: Quiet time - Exclusive use of the Imaginarium for SEND bookings.
11:45am – 12:15pm: SEND guided tour around our animal walkthroughs.
12:15pm: Lunchtime collection and able to eat in the tepee or party rooms – Exclusive to SEND bookings.
1:15pm – 2:00pm: SEND animal workshop drop-in with the animal team.
Peak (Saturday and Sunday)
9:00am – 10:00am: Exclusive use of the play barn for SEND bookings.
10:00am – 11:00am: Quiet time - Exclusive use of the Imaginarium for SEND bookings.
11:15am – 11:45am: SEND guided tour around our animal walkthroughs.
12pm: Lunchtime collection
1:10pm – 1:45pm: SEND animal workshop drop-in with the animal team.
How do I book?
If you would like to join us for our week of activities catered for those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), then please book the 9:00am or 9:30am morning slot, and let the admission team know you are looking to take part in the SEND program when you arrive on the day.
Evidence of DLA/PIP payments, Access Card or a valid Blue Badge dated within the last 12 months must be provided at the entrance to our team to qualify for the free carer. You will be provided with the free carer ticket on arrival subject to your eligibility being confirmed.
