Q: What time do I need to arrive on the day for my Christmas experience?
For Breakfast with Santa, please arrive promptly for the timeslot you select during the booking process. This is when your breakfast session will be taking place. After your breakfast session, you are free to stay and play all day!
For Santa's Grotto and The Premium Christmas Experience, you are free to arrive any time after opening to explore and enjoy the park. However, you must arrive at the Grotto promptly for the time you have booked!
For After School Santa's Grotto, you are welcome to arrive any time after 3pm to enjoy Hobbledown. However, you must arrive at the Grotto promptly for the time you have booked!
Q: If I've booked a Christmas experience, do I also need to book a General Admission ticket?
A: No! General admission to the park is included in all our Christmas experience tickets.
However, any person not in possession of a Christmas experience ticket will need a general admission ticket in order to enter the park.
Q: Do I need to pay for my Under 2?
A: Only if your Under 2 wishes to participate in the experience. Under 2s have their own discounted prices for each Christmas experience - please check each product page for details.
However, if your Under 2 is not going to be participating in the experience at all, they do not need to pay. Simply book them a free Under 2s admission ticket to allow them to enter the park.
Always bring proof of age with you on the day.
Q: What about disabled visitors?
A: Carers can accompany disabled visitors free of charge, provided the disabled individual holds their own valid and relevant ticket. Proof of disability on entry will be required.
Q: Do members get a discount?
A: Yes, members get discounted rates on this event. You can access your discount rate when logging into your account.
Q: What Christmas activities do General Admission visitors get?
