How to reschedule your visit
Decided you'd like to visit on a different day? We don't offer refunds, but for a £10 reschedule fee you can change your visit to a different date.

- Log in to your account. If you do not have an account, create one using the same email address you used to book the tickets.
- Once logged in, you will see all your upcoming bookings. Press the 're-book' button, and select the products you would like to reschedule.
- On the calendar, select your new date and time.
- Click the 'checkout' button, which will take you to the payment page. Once you have entered your payment details, you will be sent a new confirmation email with the details of your new booking.
Please note: when rescheduling, tickets remain valid for 6 months maximum.
