Santa's Grotto - Private Experience
A Christmas present to remember - your own close-up encounter with Santa Claus, set in his private, magical grotto...
- Take part in a special winter-themed storytelling session and a merry singalong with the Hobbledown elves
- Then take part in your teddybear workshop session - where you'll build your very own fuzzy friend, who will be yours to keep!
- Finally, step into the magical grotto to take part in a close-up, private meeting with Father Christmas himself - he's heard so much about you, and has been waiting all year to meet you...

How to book your Santa's Grotto tickets:
- The 'book now' button will take you through to book your admission tickets on your chosen date - Santa's Grotto is an add-on experience, and will not be valid unless accompanying a Hobbledown Heath general admission ticket
- Choose your quantity of general admission tickets, as well as the date you wish to attend
- If available on your chosen date, Santa's Grotto tickets will appear as an optional extra.
For this event, tickets are a requirement for children of all ages, including those under 2. Adults may attend free of charge and do not need a ticket. However, the rules for admission tickets may differ, so please check the requirements for each ticket as you book.
Members will get a 10% discount on this event.
Christmas at Buckbridge
Come along for a jolly meet and greet, singsong and group storytelling session with Santa!
Set in the seasonally decked-out Buckbridge Market, you'll get to:
- Take part in a winter-themed group storytelling session (complete with a merry singalong with the Hobbledown elves!)
- Meet Santa, tell him your Christmas wishes, and take all the photos you like...
- Includes a token for a free Christmas gift from the Hobbledown elves
