With Coronavirus dominating the news, we feel it is appropriate to explain what we are doing as a business to keep our guests safe.

Hobbledown is taking several preventative measures to protect the health of our customers and team:

  1. All guests will be asked to use the santizer on their hands upon entry to the site
  2. Sanitizers are also available at various locations throughout the site
  3. The playbarn will be cleaned and sanitized daily

For our party guests, we will ensure there is plenty of time for all children to wash their hands before eating their food. Furthermore, after each party, all surfaces are sanitized as normal.

All of our team have been briefed on practicing good hygiene and what they need to do to comply with this. Additional processes have been put in place to monitor this.

We will continue to monitor the official guidance and update this accordingly.
