Join us this October Half Term at Hobbledown for a week full of Halloween related fun events.
Between October 26th and November 3rd our daily line-up will include:
- Meet our Creepy Crawlies
Meet and greet a selection of our reptiles and invertebrates in our Gruesome Granary, including Blue Tongued Skink, Bearded Dragon, Giant African Millipedes, Madagascan Hissing Cockroaches and Australian Stick Insects.
- Feel Factor
Are you brave enough to put your hand in the mystery box and feel what gruesome item has been added in.
- Puppet Show
Come along to Topperpot’s Teepee Theatre to watch our Halloween Puppet Show ‘The Spider’s Lair’.
- Ghostly Tales
Listen to a Halloween spooky story in Topperpot’s Teepee Theatre.
- Creation Station
Have a go at making some fun / scary arts and crafts.
- Pumpkin Bowling
Grab a pumpkin and have a go at trying to knock down the pins.
We also have The Raptor Centre on site which is home to 17 magnificent birds of prey, providing flying demonstrations, meet and greets, and experience days.
During half term there will be 2 daily flying displays (excluding Wednesday). Weather permitting.
Don’t miss the Haunted Dolls House – Magician / escape artist / juggler and comedy performer Greg Chapman will be back at Hobbledown for one day only with his one-man show The Haunted Dolls House. Find out more here!
